Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of successful delivery.

• A complete unboxing video is mandatory for any return request.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products (not due to our error)

• Items without unboxing proof

• Requests made after 3 days of delivery

Refund Process

• Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order after your return is processed.
